Interested in skies, twigs and pavements, mostly. Excited by naturally dyed fabrics and vintage stationary, and the putting together of them.
My subject matter is the aesthetics of aged, distressed and beautiful things. I use photography to collect colors and compositions that influence my own, abstract pieces.
Most pieces are framed in ‘floating fames’ that allow you to see through the transparencies and holes, and interest with the wall behind.
I studied printmaking at the Glasgow School of Art before moving to Brighton and I am now a practicing artist, teacher and mother.
I upload new work monthly.
